Return Policy

• You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.

• To start a return, please contact us at returns@thelordgeneration.com. We’ll guide you through the process and provide you with a return shipping label if necessary.

• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? No problem! Contact us at returns@thelordgeneration.com within 30 days of receiving your item, and we’ll help you with the exchange process.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

• We’ll send you the new item as soon as we receive the returned item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
